Design and fabrication of microwave transmitting antenna using HTS thick disk for wireless power transfer

چکیده
Abstract We designed and fabricated a microwave transmitting antenna that uses an HTS thick disk as patch with resonant frequency of around 5.0 GHz. The reflection property S 11 , electromagnetic fields, current distributions, far-field several modes in the were analyzed using CST studio suite. compared properties resonance selected TM11 mode, which has smallest resonator size highest directivity. was assembled GdBCO disk, sapphire substrates, Cu housing, SMA connector. measured vector network analyzer pulse tube refrigerator found it had 4.996 GHz Q u 405 at temperature 48 K. These good agreement simulated results.
